Exterior Architecture Description :-
The exterior of the temple reflects the Nagara style of traditional Hindu architecture. The main entrance is narrow, characteristic of the winding lanes of old Varanasi. The outer walls are adorned with beautiful figurines of deities. The temple’s Shikhara (spire) is tall and majestic, visible from a distance. The entrance is usually lined with shops selling flowers and sacred black threads.
Interior Architecture Description :-
Inside the temple, there is an open courtyard with the main sanctum sanctorum at the center. Inside the sanctum sits a magnificent silver-clad idol of Lord Kaal Bhairav. Only the face of the idol is visible, while the rest of the body remains covered with flower garlands and robes. The interior pillars feature intricate carvings. An eternal lamp burns in the courtyard, and there is a dedicated spot for the deity’s vahana, the dog.
