The word ‘Nigeen’ signifies a ring’s gemstone, a title earned due to its stunning perimeter of willow and Chinar trees. Detailed Architecture :-
It is an entirely natural, deep blue freshwater body. Its exterior view is dominated by the Hari Parbat hill, dense Chinar trees, and rows of anchored ethnic houseboats. Its interior architecture boasts floating vegetable fields and cedar-wood houseboat suites intricately adorned with heritage ‘Khatamband’ wood carvings.

- Spots & Taste :– Shikhara rides against the sunset and under the Chinars offer perfect photography moments. Trying the traditional kashmiri ‘Kahwa’ here is highly recommended.
